Spoiled, defective or unopened products may be returned within 15 days for exchanges or refunds. All returns are subject to a

Return Process:
- Please e-mail us at service@ecogreenwares.com within 15 days of purchase to get a Return Merchandise Number (RMN).
- Return the merchandise in original packaging to our warehouse.
- Enclose a copy of your Order Confirmation e-mail with the items to be returned.
- Shipping fees are non refundable, unless the products were spoiled or defective.
